Our homes are in safe, welcoming neighborhoods, perfect for anyone to live in. Our housing style traditionally involves renting shared rooms and sharing common areas, bathrooms, the kitchen, and the dining area. Also, to accommodate individual needs, preferences, and budgets individual private rooms are offered upon availability.

We believe that everyone deserves peace-of-mind and access to essential amenities. That’s why our homes come fully furnish with all utilities, including high-speed internet, phone service, and 24/7 security monitoring included in the monthly fee.

We want our residents to focus on their personal growth and development, without the stress of additional variable expenses.

We do not administer medications, provide transportation, or cook for our residents. Instead, we provide a shared living environment where we focus on affordability, safety, and community.

We accept individuals that are low to moderate care. We do not provide medical care. Those who live in our homes can get help from a wide variety of outside support services for all ADLs provided by 3rd party entities.
